I first met Scott about 9 years ago. We met at a networking event. I was not happy with the computer tech I had been using and was impressed with Scott right off.

The computer I had at the time was a Gateway and that is the last name brand I have owned. Scott came to repair it a few months after we met and ended up building me a new one. I referred him to my best friend and she is on her second Ack, Inc. built computer. She originally had Scott do some work on her computer and that led to him building her one.

I had Scott do a couple repairs to my computer before having him build my 2nd Ack, Inc. computer this past May. I do not hesitate to recommend Scott. He is honest and straight forward and will tell you straight up what is going on with your hardware. He gives you options and makes several recommendations and has never misled me. Any repair Scott has done for me or my friend has held up.

Scott is very available to his clientele and gets back with you promptly. He is knowledgeable and professional and takes care of his customers because he understands the value of happy repeat customers. Great Service and Integrity

Thank you, Scott with Ack, Inc. for helping me with my computer dilemma. Since I needed to get QuickBooks to do my financial reporting (and I am a MAC user), I needed to find out if I could ‘revive’ my old computer.

After Scott explained how expensive it would be to get my old computer ‘up to speed’ (and it really wasn’t a feasible option), I knew it was time for a change. When I explained my computer needs, he had a great suggestion for ME. Now, I have a different computer and can get my expenses out of the folders and into an expense program.

Terrific service!

THANK YOU!!

I was referred by a family member to Scott (Ack,Inc.) when my computer software decided not to work correctly. Scott was available to look at my computer promptly that afternoon. He figured out what was wrong with the malfunctioning software and Scott suggested what I needed to do to fix it..

In addition to that, I received a SCAM call supposedly from Microsoft saying that my computer was reporting to Microsoft various issues. I did not give the phone caller any information. But, I did call Scott immediately after I was off the phone. Then, Scott confirmed that it was a SCAM and that my computer was fine.

I appreciate the terrific customer service and the AWESOME assistance in dealing with the situations regarding my computer. It's a Great feeling when you know you can turn to a reliable, knowledgeable individual..

The doctor's in the house!

Scott is our computer and TV doctor. In fact, running our business without Scott would be impossible. His knowledge, expertise, work ethic, and integrity are of the highest caliber. Best of all, when we have a problem, he usually remotes in immediately or, if necessary, comes over within 24 hours. If we need new or upgraded systems, he builds them to our specifications and saves us money on equipment and products. We have used Scott as our IT person for nine years and have never had one problem. He’s a pretty special guy and we recommend him highly!

No time for coffee!

Up front I'll say that, Scott and I did a trade - I built his new website and he cleaned my computer and is doing ongoing support. However, as quite a geek myself, and having been using computers since the mid/late 1980s, I thought I was pretty "onto it" when it came to keeping junk and nasties off my computers. Then I let Scott at it for a few hours....

Unfortunately, my computer is so much faster that I have no time to go and make coffee or have restroom breaks while waiting for stuff to happen - it's just there! Thanks Scott! In the words of Foreigner... "It feels like the first time"!

Scott is a rare combination: a knowledgeable pro who can and does offer guidance, as well as a good listener who cares about what I want and need concerning product and service.
